Installation

Identity Group Financial Environments provides expert installation of merchandising fixtures. Our experienced merchandising technicians oversee the entire installation from start to finish and provide you with a complete record of each new piece in each branch.

Customers also have the option of using the installation as a time to train your branch facilities personnel and local contractors for ongoing support of the merchandising system.

Merchandising Installation Pricing

The merchandise installation fee (contact us for details.) includes planning and scheduling as well as the actual installation. This fee also covers a summary report (installation receipt) of the installation for each branch. Identity Group Financial Environments’ merchandising technicians relocate existing fixtures or artwork as necessary. Repair and refinishing of walls or surfaces exposed by these relocations are not covered in the base fee.

Identity Group Financial Environments charges out-of-pocket expenses for the following items—

• travel labor expenses (to and from Identity Group Financial Environments’ headquarters in Rochester, N.H., at the beginning and end of the installation and every other weekend during the analysis (if applicable) at $35.00 per hour per merchandising technician.
• per diem (food and lodging) at $125.00 per day per retail merchandising technician.
• airfare, if applicable (billed at cost).
• ground transportation, truck rental, mileage and fuel, warehouse, tolls, parking and other installation expenses as may be required (billed at cost).

Any contracted product labeled on the floor plans which is not installed during the Installation is the property of the customer. Identity Group Financial Environments’ merchandising technician(s) will transport this product to a customer-designated location at the end of the installation schedule. If no location is designated, Identity Group Financial Environments will leave the excess product in warehouse from which the merchandising technician(s) have been working. The customer is then liable for any incurred warehouse fees.

Merchandising Installation Training

As a service to customers, Identity Group Financial Environments’ merchandising technicians offers training of branch facilities personnel and local contractors. A flat fee covers installation planning, scheduling and actual installation as well as floor plan interpretation and a discussion of installation standards. The pricing also covers a summary report (installation receipt) of the installation for each branch.

In addition to the flat fee, Identity Group Financial Environments charges out-of-pocket expenses for the following items—

• travel labor expenses (to and from Identity Group Financial Environments’ headquarters in Rochester, N.H., at the beginning and end of the installation and every other weekend during the analysis (if applicable) at $35.00 per hour per merchandising technician.
